Got the Counter Suit from Virtual Dining Concepts against mister beast. It most likely will not count as an answer to Mister Beasts lawsuit, as they filed it in the State Court. The County of New York specifically.
We aren't even answering lawsuits and its already a mess. Beast is now going to have to get a federal preemption, and Virtual Dining is going to argue State controlling law should handle the issue instead as there is no federal jurisdiction. Neither side has even gotten around to answering the other, and in the case of Mister Beast he's already annoyed the judge with a crappy diversity jurisdiction argument and has to show cause in 6 days. This is gonna be fun.
Anyway, lets see what Virtual Dining has to say.
They are big mad for sure.
Okay now this could be a big problem for Beasty Boy. Yes, it "MAY" have been a bad deal. But you still signed it retard. That means you can't just unilaterally pretend the contract is no longer operable. That is what your lawsuit is for. You get a court order saying the contract is void, and THEN you dunk on your business partners. If you do this in reverse order, the only person breaking the contract is YOU.
God damn retarded Zoomers. SMH. Apparently Beast realized this was a bad idea, and deleted the tweet. But nothing is ever gone forever.
This isn't THAT relevant, as 1 star Amazon reviews are a fact of life, but it IS funny.
