He also has this weird habit on twitter of reweeting every reply he receives and then replying to the reply and then retweeting his reply to a reply that he retweeted earlier. Autism takes on many forms.

He did. Also, I believe he is using a 'green screen' function from Instagram. It's a live filter that basically does just that- chroma keying.
