Babyfurs are the mutant worst case scenario of the breeding of ABDLs and furries. Babyfurs bask in the filth of filling their own diapers and dressing up like young animals (cubs and pups). Unlike furries who will casually roleplay in conversation with one another, will essentially have full-blown DDlg style relationships with one another and talk to one another as father and child. They shit and piss themselves, and take pride in this, making filled, messy diapers a common theme in their artwork. Some even go so far as to write entire babyfur manifestos about why what they do is awwwwwright.
There are a few communities that these people use. Babyfur.me is essentially the hub of all babyfur social networking. It is part forum, part social media site where babyfurs can post their art and look for other babyfurs to do babyfur things with. They also use the typical furry fare such as weasyl, furaffinity, deviantart, etc. Scouring Twitter, it is easy to find babyfurs. Once you find one, they will be linked to several others, so seeking out content is just as simple as adding them to a fake twitter, they don't pay attention to who they're adding. There are also some groups on facebook and a surprising number of people who are "out of the closet" furs using their normal facebook account for it.

What's really disgusting is the fact that an overwhelming majority of the artwork from this community basically has the following:
Wet/stinky diapers, if not both
Poofy diapers
Potty training
Spanking
Diapering machines
Diaper grinding
Omorashi
Cub Art (underage sex)
This and more is among the list. Most of that shit wouldn't fly on DA (And even then they may not get to it immediately) so Furaffinity and Inkbunny are two major places where this is out in full force (Though cub art on the former has been banned for the last few years there). This is from someone who's has the misfortune of dealing with a couple of them.
That 'Angellothefox' guy from the OP is quite the... interesting individual. I've seen him before on a different (PG13) forum, and after he popped up he ranted about how something in his heart was screaming his fursona's name and then posted absolutely terrible MS Paint fanart.
Pretty much wherever he went people were decidedly flummoxed, especially when he mentioned his diaper dreams.
