This isn’t necessarily true. There are places such as the department of mental health that will see a person, do a mental health evaluation and then have you diagnosed in one appt.

I am not sure if she saw a psychiatrist. I think she saw the same clinical psychologist (the girl) as Becky and Eric. I am not even sure if she had follow-up appointments with her. Some of the Farmers might have more information.

True, it's not uncommon to be diagnosed with something on your consultation visit with a psychiatrist. But it's a far reach for me to believe that Amber was diagnosed with anxiety disorder, depression, panic disorder, OCPD, and bipolar on her very first visit. Super sus. Anxiety and depression are pretty straightforward and I can buy that, but I was under the impression that for a bipolar rx to be made the patient needs to be observed over some period of time to establish a mood baseline, (and that she was diagnosed with bipolar AND unipolar depression is weird to me) but what do I know, and weirder things have happened. I would be surprised if she even had the vocabulary to describe her symptoms cohesively, if a diagnosis was in fact made.

I don’t think she’s simple. Not the brightest but def more than capable of living and working on her own. She’s just very lazy. She isn’t embarrassed by her crappy drawings because I doubt anybody has straight up said to her in real life, “Your drawings suck, Becky.” So she’s never felt the drive to learn how to improve. She copies pictures she sees online and people praise her. Even the idiots in the comments of the videos tell her she’s good at drawing. Buy a drawing book teaching human anatomy. Show us some practice figure sketches. Anything but another copied cartoon character pic off the internet.

TL;DR:
Not simple, just very lazy

Yes. If she paid her taxes, she got the work credits. I doubt she has enough to go on SSDI though because it's highly unlikely that she has been reporting (paying tax on) her income for the past 7 years she's been on Youtube I'd guess that she has reported it three years, tops, and more likely she has reported once or twice.

A lot of this had become too spergy (not to mention the A-logs) for General Discussion.
 
Amber is bingeen and hauleen and buildeen a backlog of shit quality content. She hates it when her content is up to date because the haydurs can call her out too easily on her shifty ways. She believes she can obscufate things by releasing her backlog out of chronological order, but it always falls apart because she is too lazy and stupid to keep the necessary web of lies straight.
 
It's rare to be truly diagnosed on your first visit. They have to put down something to file the insurance(the forms require it, you can call a Dr.s office to confirm this), it doesn't mean you'll be ultimately diagnosed with that. The fact that they all were racking up diagnoses from this counselor/Dr. (not sure which?) is highly suspicious, as is the fact that they didn't pick up a hint of a personality disorder (the very thing that will continue to act as an impediment to her conquering her demons and beating her food addiction). Seems like they were going to a quack who slings diagnoses and hands out medication to whoever finds and books an appointment.

Monetized or not, it's not smart to go this long without giving your audience content. It just gives them a chance to get out of the habit of viewing and find other sources of entertainment. If something catastrophic (the referenced family issue?) has happened, of course, that's an exception. It would be wise to remember all views aren't the same. If people are clicking, seeing it's the same b .s., and closing out like they were earlier this year, it will be a problem. People grow tired of watching the same video repeatedly.
 
I'm basing my statements off of what I've been told by mental health professionals in the UK. Specifically one woman had explained how it can be considered dangerous to diagnose somebody with something severe within an hour of meeting them.

I genuinely don't think it's appropriate in any situation, let alone when dealing with a raging hypochondriac like ALR.
Maybe things work differently elsewhere but that's shit is ridiculous.

I agree. She hates filming daily and instead is filming a bunch of rubbish that she will post till at least Halloween. As you said, it will all be mixed up and using clues like the state of her fingernails, we will deduct the sequence. It will be the same as last year.

She was probably told "I can see some symptoms of x, y or z but we will need to do tests and further appointments, I'm putting you on this medication so you can cope until we can figure this out" and Amber took it as a diagnosis.

You mean all the detailed information on disability claim chances, government programs, comparing SSI with SSDI, how the process works in various states, how much she may get from one vs. the other, etc?

I'm inclined to agree she is just sulking and bingeen and filming some very low effort content in order to make some coin over the holiday season. If she had caught the 'rona she'd be clickbaiting the fuck out of it to make money.

Maybe the car was given a death sentence at the recall and Amberlynn is having a major tantrum over needing to buy her butler a new car?
 
Someone said a ways back in the thread that viewing a youtube video for less than a minute would contribute a view, but would not contribute anything to adsense. With so many people checking on her last vid, does anyone know the reality of this? I tried looking it up but google was not patient with me.

As I understand it, you need to actually watch the whole ad to get money from AdSense. That’s different from watching the video. Watching the video, commenting or thumbs-up or -down helps the algorithm and promotes the video (so more eyes see it).

One instance that really comes to mind is when Amberlynn purposefully brought out an embarrassing personal grooming item of Becky's on camera, kind of smirking while she did it, and when Becky reacted with negativity and embarrassment Amberlynn gave this look at the camera that I can only describe as encouraging us to laugh at Becky. This face that said "omg guys CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS?". She was trying to get us to laugh with her rather than at her for once.

Recently, Becky also said that she "heard" that Amberlynn's haydurrs were saying that she probably doesn't listen to the bands that she wears shirts of and that we should "try her" because obviously, she does. The thing is, I've never seen a comment criticizing Becky about the band shirts she wears. This is not a popular, generally circulated opinion. And the fact that Becky said she "heard" it and didn't read it herself tells us that Amberlynn is either A) extensively and desperately scrolling through the comments to find *any*, any criticism at all about Becky, finding one and going "OMG BECKY CAN U BELIEVE WHAT THEY'RE SAYING ABOUT YOU???" or B) just plain making shit up and lying to Becky about what the majority of the audience thinks about her to hurt Becky's self esteem, unite Becky and her as a team so Becky doesn't get any ideas about rebelling and to make Amberlynn feel better about herself.

This is an insane level of narcissistic manipulation and honestly, I wish more reaction channels would pick apart our gorl's psychology. It seems a lot of criticisms of her are very surface level and can't read between the lines to see the truly disturbing, fucked up shit she does.

Maybe it's because I was raised by my grandfather who was a classic narcissist so I can pick up on it better but damn. People are really sleeping on some of this.

People here were commenting on Becky’s Nirvana t-shirt and questioning how she could like them when she was barely alive when Kurt Cobain was alive. Which is a dumb assumption.

I find fat ass casually insults Becky with her “she thinks her drawing sucks but I think it’s good.” AltruisticLynn.
