That's something really makes me go WTF. Even people who do nothing but steal content for compilation videos still know how to slap a cheap Windows Movie Maker text intro or use one of those free animated intros that hell, even the Slaton's use. It's piss easy. I mean fuck, if there ever was a stereotype about chicks using expensive macs as nothing more than a glorified NetFlix and social media machine...

Even if she by some miracle got the surgery and lost weight, the loose skin and gut apron deal would provide entertainment. Plus maybe we'd get Torrid haul try-ons of all the shit she couldn't fit into before. She'll cry about not being able to mukbang and feeling ill. The show will go on until she croaks.
 
I'm not sure how soon she's be able to resume posting progress on social media, since the show does follow up episodes after the initial one. It would be during one of the follow ups that we'd see her trying to/possibly succeeding getting skin removal surgeries.
