There are multiple light sources at war with her boulder shape here. The weaker left side lighting is reflecting the dark green of her shirt onto her neck and hump and her freakish posture creates that odd shadow. The more direct light over the table is reflecting the warm terra cotta wall color onto her face. So you have a clash of warm and cool-ish color as well as multiple light sources trying to compete with Big Al's light blocking behemoth superpowers.
