Nah he's not frantic enough which means one of two things:

A) he never needed anywhere near $3k so he's not panicking that he's nowhere near hitting the goal and is just gonna milk his pigs for a few hundred more than a normal day - great success

Or B) he's got some big donations coming up and he's playing it cool as to not giving us grubby cunts any tears to lap up.

He's lucky his addiction is to Oily Roid Men and not poker as he's the most transparent man I've ever seen and he'd be rinsed on the first hand.

As an additional comment, imagine being one of his ATMs and he messages you to say 'hey come give me a fuck load of money but do it at the end so that I can get other dickheads to give me more money first' and your response is 'sure, sounds great' instead of 'no, fuck off'.

Well that's kinda the funny part about it. He's got today on lock with a backup whale ready to finish off his tips goal when he presses the whale signal. But no matter how much dosh an individual whale can toss on an emergency stream singlehandedly it's gonna dry up on the beach if that's the well that DSP is forced to go to every single time to make his money. We saw that with the vest streak, that he could keep it going but all it took was a busy or absent minded or selfish whale and the shit hits the fan. He'll even hint at it alot that he really needs a large pool of minnows that keep recycling rather than one fat whale to keep up his $120k a year windfalls.

How so? He has exceeded his tips goal for the day by 200 dollars already, and I'm pretty sure some 1k tips are gonna come before the stream ends.

The only way you see any of this is "hurting Phil" is if you genuinely believe he needs 3k otherwise he FUCKING DIES.
A goal that's too high is discouraging.

He basically said the Citadel area isn't "super interesting" and would "be more engaged" if he hadn't already played the game before remembered most of it.

So the game you decided to do a marathon for is one that has a slow narrative segment early on and you've already done twice... Business degree in-action :stress:
The fact he choose a boring as fuck RPG to marathon for 8 hours just boggles my mind. After all the stalling he does he will put like 4-5 hours of actual gameplay today. I'll be surprised if he gets out of the citadel before he clocks out.
Resident Evil 8 would have been a way better game to marathon than this boring trashfire.

This is nuts.

Shall we wager on the final donation total? Obviously there's some deep sea mammals waiting for the end but at this rate I doubt he even makes it to 2K.

My thought on this is its a combination of, he's probably knows that he's getting paid by Twitch, he already has enough money already to cover everything he needs, and he's waiting for those whale tips at the end part of the stream.

I can totally buy that a huge whale will breach in the final hour. But personally, I don't think he will make much beyond $1000 today.

Edit: Behind The Scenes tips do NAHT count. We should only wager on what is 100% verifiable (aka what is evidenced by Phil's ???/$3000 ticker). This is because Phil will NAHT disclose these, so it is pointless tinfoil-hatting over it.

He basically said the Citadel area isn't "super interesting" and would "be more engaged" if he hadn't already played the game before and because he remembers most of it.

So the game you decided to do a marathon for in order to pay your mortgage and taxes is a game that has a slow narrative segment early on and you've already done twice... Business degree in-action :stress:
Maybe wasn’t a good idea to stop and pick up every single optional mission
Or listen to random background conversations
Or just do literally anything other than sit in the same level for like 3 hours

I fully expect whales to send him very close to or over the tips goal, if he does not I will donate 10% of whatever he does make in tips to Kiwifarms in the form of XMR within 24 hours of the stream ending

i.e. if he stalls out at $2000 I will donate $200 but if he exceeds the goal I win and Yeshua Moon loses, fair enough? Alright

EDIT for clarity: total tips as determined by his ???/$3000 goal up to 15 minutes after the stream ends, massive pahsitivity behind the scenes after that do not count

He responded to a tip in a manner that was way too calm and cordial, nor did he leverage it as a springboard into a begging segment afterwards.

This is not the behavior you'd see from a pigroach that doesn't think he'll hit the goal, and it's been sitting between $500-700 for the past, like, five hours. You can hear the whales in the depths, they'll be closing in soon.

"What is TTS?" - Phil

A professional streamer has no idea what TTS is, holy fuck... Just when you think he's hit his lowest IQ he says this.
