Phil is completely out of touch with what his viewer base actually wants. It’s very easy to understand, but nope everything has to be done his way. And he expects money to just flow in, that’s why his streams are carried by people that literally don’t care about what’s happening.
It’s clear that Phil has never known poverty, if he was actually poor he’d bite the bullet and marathon himself raging at shit like Bloodborne for 8 hours. Instead we get this autism of blearily talking to 12 year old NPCs no one remembers as we just wait for people to pay up.

Were he any other streamer, you would be correct.

But he's Phil. He picked exactly the right game because his priority isn't being entertaining, it's having an easy stream.

I'm certain that Kat's copy she purchased herself because DSP is very hyperfocused on making sure that she has her own money and life within the goutmansion.
 
Remember when he said he could swap vests every 100 dollars?

Now he is at 500 and he says he would swap a vest AT 1000dollars!
 
Kudos to all of you who guessed $3000. Considering how much money he made this week I naively thought pig roach would ask for like 1500-2000. But $3000? LMAO. I love his grift/scam, it is totally shameless.

This is why I don't see the tips going much beyond where they're at now.
Even if you're a dipshit whale, you're going to feel that this doesn't warrant any substantial kahtributions. If he was playing a game where he was sucking, dying and raging, atleast you'd feel you're getting something for your money.

The degree to which he takes that is a pretty good indicator to me that Phil is keen on keeping her in the dark when it comes to how much money he actually makes.

But all she needs to do is go to his channel when she knows he's streaming. How can he hide it? If he's lying to her about his income, then I guess he could be downplaying everything else but Twitch.

Yet more evidence to make me believe that she's a few hay bales short of a stable.

I just got a $4 tip from anonymous, saying 'Try putting out better content and you'll hit the tips goal'. Well, like a child you all expect me to do more for you when I've worked so hard making sure that Polish Frog put those emotes on to Better Twitch TV, because you're a bunch of spoiled brats that can't enjoy my mature content and interactions with the people who are supporting this stream. Here I am, willing to stall out making progress in what Twitter tells me is my favorite game of all time and letting you give me $3000 and you expect more like little babies whining 'Oh Phil talk to chat' or 'Please play the game seriously' or 'Try making jokes about things!' I've had enough, and I'm just going to start banning people"

She's either dumb or waaaaaaaaaay smarter than Phil, and doing a really good job of hiding it because she's actually conning him.

But I'm leaning on the former because of what her life was like before finding him.
