This is why he was so angry at the end of RE8. Only $21 meant the ending cutscene sucked, the song sucked, the post-credit cutscene sucked, and the game was a mixed bahg.
 
Honestly, what is the likelihood of Phil hitting this goal?

He isn't even streaming much beyond what he normally would, and sure, some whales will breach but it's always the same whales and they've already thrown money at him earlier in the week. Friday is payday but they're only willing to give so much. The morning streams have been way more pahsitive compared to the night streams and I think after his first major break everyone will run out of steam.

Still no thedeviluk in chat. Very little tips go beyond $10.

I'll be personally shahked if he actually hits the $3000 goal.

its because he makes the tipper cover the cost of the paypal fee i think. of course he is probably writing those off as business expenses anyway.
 
So just to clarify, Phil looks down on "waifuism" (and will refuse to romance any of the characters in Mass Effect), calling the kind of person to go on fictional dates "a sad loser".
And yet every time he gets to make a custom character, he always makes a likeness of himself, names the character after himself. Maybe The Wife wouldn't get mad if you didn't self-insert into every game. (Like how he names himself "Dumass" in a game where he knows he'll die alot)

Maybe The Wife wouldn't get mad if he actually looked like his in-game representation.

Kinda surprised he is only at 11% positivity after prestream.
Im sure whales will show up later... but if they show up at the very end, I have a feeling it was arranged to milk the other fans as much as he can. Just like he did with Jeff with Jasper2k scam.
 
Is DSP really pigsplaining the plot to a game he's played like 15 minutes of so far?

Oh, 100% he had some conversations "behind the scenes." Which is hilarious because that means he thinks he's actually going to hit the $3K today.
 
Here is the rub about DSP's fps autism, your eyes can barely barely barely recognize the difference between 30 fps and 60 fps without a direct side by side comparison. Also that's a lot of frames per second anyway even at 30, so noticing "a couple frames dropping" is not possible, you'd be dropping 10% or better of the fps to even start noticing.
 
and I checked out, skimming this thread will cause less brain damage than his obnoxious I know more than you arrogant tone when someone says something while saying "the graphical ummmm uhhhh *DSP bot emergency reboot* thing" and the constant explaining basic shit in mass effect like no one has ever heard of dialogue choices or a morality system in an RPG.

when combat starts is his amazing commentary of a 12 year legacy going to be "when I pull the trigger the gun shoots the bad guys, when their hp hits zero they die! ACK ACK ACK!"?
