He's spoken about how it's not new debt, it's all old debt. What actually got discharged in the bankruptcy then? I was under the impression that most of his old debt was gone now.
Pretty sure all his credit card debt got wiped. He's already stopped paying the mortgage on the CT condo since 2019 (still pays the association fees though). I doubt he has outstanding taxes since at the beginning of this year he said he was all caught up.

He's already made $7,000 since he lost partnership and asking for another $3,000 today, should be way more than enough to pay this month's actual expenses. Just using his typical "bills" excuse to squeeze more money out of braindead whales.

By his own confession, this $3k is normally what Twitch would have given him.
With that income gone, he seeks to replace that money by...holding his viewers upside down and shaking even more quarters out of their pockets, rather than searching for literally any other source of revenue.
If this doesn't prove that he streams on Twitch because there are absolutely zero alternatives, I don't know what will.
I'm just glad we're at the point where none of his average viewers are buying this shit and it's just the same 5 people being fleeced yet again

Slightly off topic, but it's been bothering me.

Wasn't there one time where DSP set a tips goal saying he needed to hit it to play a game, then get pissed when someone gave him $60 in Nintendo credits saying he needed the cash for "bills"? I swore this happened, but cannot find it.

"There would be no drama if things didn't happen TO ME!"

Forever the victim, always a flawless being. Blameless and virtuous.
If Phil was a government embodied in a greasy human husk, he'd be the CCP.

30 people banned already.

Please keep reminding people that you used to make a shitload of money, whilst desperately begging for because you was afraid of losing your house. Sheer genius.
"WE wouldn't be in this situation if Twitch didn't drop me from the partnership program!"

So what about the dozens of emergencies before that then?

Fucking called it weeks ago dude, the biggest impact his loss of Partnership wasn't the multiple kinds of revenue, but the fact he would no longer be getting that big lump sum every month that he can actually pay bills with.

All of the outrageous begging he's done and money he's raked in instantly got spent on the sweaty man jpegs, now he needs a big payment for his mortgage and taxes.

5k he's had this month. He could've already paid both those major bills and still lived like a fucking King. But that's why it's the Forbidden Math.

This is all forgetting that he's almost certainly gonna get whatever he's owed from his final weeks on Twitch. Crazy shit man.

I'm guessing he is actually going to hit this ridiculous $3,000 amount. His small group of deep pocket lonely simpletons almost never fail to deliver.

I bet when he does reach 3k, he will be silently contemptuous that he hadn't set it higher; to say 4k, or 5k.

We all know perfectly well that 3k is an arbitrary number he created and the only thought that went into it is "How high can I set this number and still get away with it... at what point will I start offending these idiots by setting it too high...?"

Oh and I had voted for the goal to be $2,000. so congratulations Phil, I underestimated your scumbaggery yet again.

That was DJRuno, who gave DSP $20 for Untitled Goose Game, which costs $15 (he covered tax/fees). He didn't set a goal but off-handedly said "Yeah, if somebody gives me Nintendo credits for it I guess I'll play it." but he got cash.
ETA: David Davidson video on it

Yeah it did, also think it happened with different games. It was that Goose Game for you.

His story has changed from "I will NOT be receiving my twitch payment." To now today 'I haven't received it but I haven't got a solid answer.' essentially. Twitch tweeted today and said payments should be sent today but may take a couple of days to process which means he should see it as processing in his bank account, but we won't hear about it.

You are correct, it was within 3 years ago. I believe 2 years but I likewise don’t remember

Edit: sniped by gezkill rip

"Every time this sort of thing happens, I somehow overcome the adversity!" says the man who does nothing different and jingles his cup harder and as per his usual someone else has to do the hard work of saving him from himself.

the best part is that he told his paypigs the 400$ a day are going to compensate that, and now he made even more and still wants 3000$ extra

Yeah, piggy acted like he made more with subs...which is a lie. Since first of all his subs were mainly from a few whales who would gift them out, and two he straight up told his chat multiple times either "twitch doesn't pay me" (failed lie, cause he is a dipshit) and then "I make most of my money off of you guys tipping me." The moment the partnership ended he told the truth and said " a sizable amount of income I make comes from twitch." Why doesn't he write his lies down and keep track of them?
