Maybe it's a generous interpretation, but I always inferred that the 'just in case' thing isn't in case they embarrass him on the internet, but rather in case they accuse him of violent crimes and he needs evidence to prove his innocence in court. You know along the lines of
>has consensual sex with a woman on specific day xyz
>films himself having consensual sex with her on specific day xyz
>keeps footage with exif or other data of it in his 'just in case' folder
>some time later woman accuses him of having raped her on specific day xyz
>he gets dragged into court for rape
>he can simply fetch the tape from his 'just in case' folder, with the creation date proving it's from that exact day, and the footage shows them having consensual sex

We have seen that there is reason to be suspicious of her too with the way she was acting with this whole situation and the whole "hacked" incident.
Super unlikely there was an actual hack considering the dickpic has never gotten out because when actual hacks happen, nudes get immediately leaked.

I watched the interview, i think it was pretty well done from Joshua's side. The selection of questions and timeline was put well and i think both women did a good job telling their stories, especially Sacramento however... there is something off about her, like the fact that she says she isn't well versed in online stuff but then she says he did coke with Dick Masterson sets some alarms that this was prepared in some way. But still i think her story with him being abusive with her during sex is a a bit fucked up.

The wildcard here is if the hackers blackmailing him catch wind of this controversy happening and decide to just say "fuck it" and dump the pics, which could still technically happen, and could possibly rival Commentary's Bowblax Manshehee 1/11 moment if it did at this point.
I think it's fair that someone who dated one of the most terminally online zoomers to ever live could and would eventually pick up some names of things and the like, especially considering her exposure to KF for the past however long it's been.
