Correction: the lower courts have consistently tried to legislate from the bench that the Guard can't be deployed because magic, but have been overturned consistently on appeal. The Guard itself was quite eager and ready to deploy in MN despite the lawfare.

did they deploy? if not, they obeyed the court's request, which means it was effective. i agree that it's a retarded thing, but i'm not seeing any national guardsmen rushing to ignore the court (which also would fuck their life up, i imagine). they're not going to deploy against the feds, but they're not going to deploy to help the feds either. otherwise they'd already be doing so in violation of the faggot judge's faggot order.

i just want to make it clear again, i agree wholeheartedly that the judges ruling this should be the first people picked up during the US's sweeps for traitors.

If someone trys to kill a LEO, justifying lethal force be used, and the LEO decided to use lethal force. Then they(the LEO) are obligated to ensure the threat is eliminated. They are trained to not stop shooting until the threat is completely stopped. It doesn't matter if the first shot is a kill shot. They cannot maim you legally, they cannot shoot to injure legally. They have to kill you once the shooting starts, that's how we wrote the law. If they mag dump you and somehow you're still alive they will render aid but only if you are clearly no longer a present threat. So, even if you're a gurgling mess that's full of holes bleeding everywhere. If you're still gripping a weapon, they're going to reload and shoot you some more. Now, you know what would have saved this woman. What would have kept her alive today? NOT INTERFERING WITH FEDERAL AGENTS AND FOLLOWING SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS.

You can still punish "innocent" mistakes with the proper application of bureaucracy process. If an illegal is detected, order a full halt of operations and location shutdown until all illegals are identified and removed. Fine the business some token amount per illegal found, regardless of excuse. If they feel wronged, and they really were innocent, they can go after whoever "verified" their employees (c'mon, if I give some prick a ride in my car and he leaves a bag of crack in the passenger seat and I get caught with it, I'm still taking the fall for it even though it was an "accident").

Then, keep them shut down by arguing they are no longer adequately staffed to maintain proper safety protocols or sanitary standards now that the illegals have been removed. If it's a factory or other industrial setting, say they can't safely operate equipment or properly supervise operations without adequate headcount. If it's a regular office building, send building inspectors to see if it can be argued there's no longer adequate custodial staff (because that's always where the illegals end up) to maintain adequate sanitary standards. Same thing w/restaurants.

Fucking bury them in red tape until they staff up appropriately with American employees. If they feel aggrieved, let 'em sue, then fight back hard. Let them suck on some lawfare for once.
