But as you may be able to surmise from the beginning audio file, Zengo didn’t get this OP simply for his mediocre “art.” Behind this art is one of the most notorious individuals across multiple small fandoms and friend groups, causing drama across his almost 20-year-long Internet footprint. Zengo Oshiba serves as a great introduction to how crazy the SFM community can get, especially when mixed with other fandoms.

Before this OP, the first direct mention of Zengo on Kiwi Farms was in my post on the SplatSource thread, talking about how a Zengo exposé document suddenly disappeared.
I considered making a thread on Zengo when I read it few months prior, but I put it off because I was working on my SplatSource OP. I started working on this OP after @oppositeofruby signed up and replied to my earlier post about Zengo. He first discussed Zengo drama from both last year and this year, adding a screenshot of Zengo’s phonebook which is taken from the DMs of someone he interacted with, Doremi.
@oppositeofruby then dropped a MEGA link to some models Zengo paid $500 for, which for the sake of the “archive everything” ethos I have downloaded and attached it to the last post as a .zip file named “Zngo ocs SFM.”

Another account, @The Unknown Arch@v1$t, signed up and posted in the same thread about Zengo. I found this suspicious, so I asked them how they got here:
I searched what @oppositeofruby searched to get here, leading to both my Zengo post and a YouTube Community Post by Garry’s Mod animator Crispy Toast (A). In said post, while talking about drama, Crispy Toast also mentions a Kiwi Farms thread made on his old identity.
I went to the KaraszKun thread out of curiosity, and noticed another new account, @Wobble333, posted Crispy Toast's current socials.
I then posted the YouTube Community Post by CrispyToast and archived the linked socials. After making that post, it became a back-and-forth between the pro-Zengo @Wobble333, me (who was trying to be publicly neutral), and a few other users who were anti-Zengo, resulting in KaraszKun’s thread having more pages about Zengo than the thread’s subject.

Not much is known about Zengo’s pre-Internet life other than what Zengo had said/claimed himself. Zengo was born on February 13, 1988, as confirmed by him in numerous ways.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, Zengo has autism and bipolar disorder, and was diagnosed with both at 6. Zengo also claims that his autism and bipolar disorder came from his father abusing him as a child.
Zengo's household must have been Christian, as Zengo claims his father "pushed" his Christian beliefs onto him.
Zengo states he was raised by his mother for most of his life. Despite his early autism diagnosis, Zengo’s mother apparently never allowed Zengo to do social skills training.

One of Zengo’s uncles passed away on March 26, 2022, based on what both Obscured_Titan says to defend Zengo’s behavior at the time and what Zengo says when recalling the event.
According to Zengo, he has two brothers: a younger one and an older one (who as of 2019 was an alcoholic electrical foreman that got colon cancer after being electrocuted). While talking about the older one, Zengo says that colon cancer runs in his family and that he (Zengo) has type 2 diabetes.

Then just 5 days later, LillyDaChic would tweet (A) another Tumblr post (requires login) implying a breakup between her and Zengo.
You may see where this is going: if the birth date on LillyDaChic’s Twitter bio (A) is correct, she was 17 while dating the then 25-year-old Zengo.
During his investigation, Delta225 contacted LillyDaChic about this past relationship. I should note that this is a testimony almost a decade after the fact. Anyways, according to LillyDaChic, Zengo dated her for around 2 years, which means it's possible Zengo started the relationship when she was 15. LillyDaChic also stated that she doesn’t remember if Zengo specifically stated his age, only that he was “around her age.”
After the relationship ended, there was a friends-with-benefits arrangement that didn’t last long.

Back to 2014, BABSCon was having its first event ever. Zengo wanted to go, and to do so, it seems like he borrowed from a friend named TBONE2004.

Surprisingly (or not), at this very event, it was alleged that an 11-year-old girl was being stalked by a man, forcing her to hide at the SacAnime vendor booth. According to the mother of the young girl, there was no stalker and it seems like the girl was exaggerating about an uncomfortable interaction (archive), but that didn’t stop people from continuing to believe the stalker rumors. I bring this up because Zengo has been accused of being the stalker. According to TBONE2004, Zengo in 2015 had told him not to believe anything spread on Tumblr or Facebook about him and BABSCon.

However, in later testimonies after this one, Zengo either left out the family emergency part or only include it after being reminded, which seems odd to forget even almost 10 years after the fact.
While there doesn’t seem to be proof that Zengo was ratting out BABSCon bronies for illegally marketing medical marijuana, it does seem like the SoCal bronies were successful in “using” the allegations against him, given this 2016 Tweet (A) directly mentioning Zengo’s old Twitter account.

In 2016, Zengo met someone by the name of Florae Fempyro over a Team Fortress 2 trade server and became online friends.

Florae Fempyro claims that Zengo tried to flirt with her around that time, but this was mentioned around 5 years after the fact. Again, I would take this with a grain of salt.
It doesn’t seem like this online friendship would last, as Zengo eventually cut ties with Florae Fempyro after she “trolled” his stream and had an argument over Discord about Zengo telling her to knock it off. Florae Fempyro would block Zengo on Discord, and after hearing about Florae Fempyro’s history from someone else, Zengo would block her back.

Florae Fempyro claimed that she was just trolling the stream with “dark humor,” and was just joking around in both the stream and the Discord “argument.”

As a result of this and I assume other (unmentioned) events, Zengo would end up making a 3-part PSA on Florae Fempyro. It supposedly included false claims, such as the claim that Florae Fempyro started flirting with him first, instead of the other way around (according to Florae Fempyro).

After Zengo made the PSAs, he would get information from “people who reached out to [him]” that made wild claims about Florae Fempyro, such as that she dated 17 guys and 1 girl before Zengo met her, and that she suicide-baited to get free TF2 items and artwork.

Zengo would also claim that a former friend of Florae Fempyro tried to commit suicide 4 times after Florae Fempyro unfriended that person, but he doesn’t show the evidence as he claims he was told by the person not to show it.

Sometime after Zengo made the PSAs, Florae Fempyro would confront him about Discord screenshots of Zengo asking a woman (who is over 18) for nudes.

Florae Fempyro had gotten the screenshot by directly messaging this woman (where an editing mistake reveals the woman’s name as “rebeccapandaberry”). When asked if the screenshot was fake, rebeccapandaberry would say she used to use Photoshop for a class, but forgot how to and doesn’t have a computer to use Photoshop anyways. In addition, rebeccapandaberry would state that Zengo deleted some of the direct messages.

Eventually, Zengo would take down these PSAs on Florae Fempyro. Zengo would tell TBONE2004 that he took them down to “make peace” with Florae. However, in a later update video, Zengo would claim that he was “forced” to take them down during a group voice call which included Florae Fempyro.

Why was Zengo confronted in this group call? As mentioned earlier and indicated by the beginning of the audio file, Zengo didn’t just borrow from TBONE2004 to go to BABSCon 2014. In fact, Zengo not only owed money and/or TF2 items to lots of people, but also owed a lot per person. Zengo owed so much that TBONE2004 made an hour-long rant video on Zengo, mainly focusing on his non-payment and his lame excuses for why, while also including other claims levied against Zengo.

At around the same time, Zengo would also befriend a person named Delta225, based on what Delta225 recalls talking about some Shantae commission drama with Zengo.
Zengo would remain (relatively) quiet until late August 2021, where it appears Zengo tried to ERP with a minor (who went public about this (A) almost 2 weeks later).
Said minor (who I will call Link for consistency's sake) was 17 at the time of the DMs.
When this initially came out, there wasn’t much evidence to either prove or disprove that Zengo knew Link was a minor; however, based on Zengo’s reputation and past drama, people assumed Zengo knew. However (skipping forward a few years later), screenshots of the full Twitter DMs between Zengo and Link were found on March 25, 2023. The full DMs showed that Zengo was initially unaware of Link’s age and backed off when he learned that Link was a minor.
By late 2021, Florae Fempyro would contact Obscured_Titan and tell him to stay away from Zengo, using TBONE2004’s rant video as evidence.
Since Obscured_Titan didn’t believe these statements at the time, Florae would then leak the Twitter DMs, call Obscured Titan out for supporting Zengo, and imply she was making a video on him.
Upon seeing Florae’s Tweet, Zengo made a video recapping her drama with him, revealing her numerous social media accounts (some of which are now dead), and telling her to leave him and his friend Obscured_Titan alone.

Zengo clearly was getting into a lot of drama and making enemies by the late 2010s / early 2020s, but some of the worst accusations (with evidence) were yet to come.

Florae Fempyro would block Zengo on Discord, and after hearing about Florae Fempyro’s history from someone else, Zengo would block her back.

- TBONE2004 states that Zengo is obsessed with Kai for some reason, provides multiple chatlogs of Zengo constantly derailing a conversation about Kai when TBONE2004 just wants his money back
- Zengo claims Kai is a big name with haters and will easily take one side without considering the other
- Kai contacted Zengo about what happened between Zengo and Tusk and asked for evidence from someone who was against Tusk, which Zengo had no access to
- Zengo claimed that Kai tried to break the law, and would contact Kai’s local law enforcement if Kai continued

When this initially came out, there wasn’t much evidence to either prove or disprove that Zengo knew Link was a minor; however, based on Zengo’s reputation and past drama, people assumed Zengo knew. However (skipping forward a few years later), screenshots of the full Twitter DMs between Zengo and Link were found on March 25, 2023. The full DMs showed that Zengo was initially unaware of Link’s age and backed off when he learned that Link was a minor.
By late 2021, Florae Fempyro would contact Obscured_Titan and tell him to stay away from Zengo, using TBONE2004’s rant video as evidence.

Since Obscured_Titan didn’t believe these statements at the time, Florae would then leak the Twitter DMs, call Obscured Titan out for supporting Zengo, and imply she was making a video on him.
Upon seeing Florae’s Tweet, Zengo made a video recapping her drama with him, revealing her numerous social media accounts (some of which are now dead), and telling her to leave him and his friend Obscured_Titan alone.

Zengo clearly was getting into a lot of drama and making enemies by the late 2010s / early 2020s, but some of the worst accusations (with evidence) were yet to come.
In 2022, the Spaicy Project was subject to a lot of drama, including allegations that a minor’s nudes were being traded around its community. XandrewDsai (one of the main “exposers” of the drama) would call out a Discord account named Zengo for trying to ask someone for nudes, implying that this Zengo was asking for a minor’s nudes to confirm they were real.

XandrewDsai later provided an uncensored version to Delta225, revealing this Zengo to actually be Zengo Oshiba talking to Toxic_Cookie.
After DaftPina’s video on the Spaicy Project came out (leading to Zengo getting callled out for this), Obscured_Titan would write a long Twitter thread (A) defending Zengo (with DM screenshots provided by Zengo). The most important takeaways are:
Zengo would later describe this as a “poor choice [of words].” Besides being quite the understatement, this is one of the examples of why I said getting involved directly can cause you a lot of problems.
While small, this was probably the first event that couldn’t really be waved away as dumb interpersonal drama or something that happened in the distant past. Whether intentional or not, Zengo asking for a minor’s nudes is definitely not a good sign of his future interests.
