Part of this looks like dress/push-up. Are her genetics known? What should everyone be avoiding to not do this to any of their daughters?

If that pic was taken recently before the other one with the sweater that's not just genetics but a serious effort in not taking care of herself + not knowing what compliments her body. Was she supposed to get married at 17,18? It's only going to get harder for her now. Not just her wall but her success is going to bottleneck her hard.

There's nothing you can do, this is just what happens when you have big natural breasts.
