At this point I'm thinking this entire thing really is the equivalent of what Rian Johnson did in the TLJ not so much in terms of subversion, but specifically doing everything pretty much possible to rile the audience and to then pour oil on the fire should anyone complain about Abby for example by hiding behind excuses like "well you just transphobic or sexist if you don't like her."

Yeah, isn't the point of attempting to appeal to transwomen is well..making good transwomen characters in media? If you want a trans women to better identify with a trans character in media, wouldn't it be in your best interest to make that character...womanly?
