Advice Ouestion
So l've had progesterone for a while. for about a month I was taking it orally, but when I was it was chasino intense drowsiness and no real observable benefits, so since it does seem to be the prevailing opinion here, to boof it. I did that for a while, lost the drowsiness side effect but wasn't particularly having any positives, and I shortlv fell out of the habit of takina it. Now recently I've been trying again because my breast growth has been flatlined for over a year, and it always seems to cause diarrhoea, and I can tell it's the progesterone because there is always the off white bits and streaks amongst it. I've been doing it during my morning shower, and my stomach will go a few hours later. Am I potentially doing anything wrong? Mine you I have been struggling with disordered eating lately, so it is potentially that, but wasn't sure if there are any specific ways to avoid this. Sorry for the gross topic though.
