I mean that little detail doesn't really cancel out anything Dan said about Fine. Plus Fine is obviously concerned if he's making outright hypocritical statements saying Bilzerian shouldn't be allowed to run while he's in a similar position.
His points were terrible, because he's a retarded grifter meathead. The point of banning dual citizens is so that people who are obviously disloyal to the US can be weeded out. Just because someone CAN do this doesn't mean we shouldn't still take the steps to prevent them from ever being elected in the first place.
It's a pathetic attempt to play the "But what about the kids?" card by saying something about a jew raping someone and running to Israel. That's a fairly unique case too, since almost no other country in the world has citizenship rules like that, and would only be relevant in a very small number of cases overall, meaning the critique is toothless at best, and dishonest at worst.
And, if they do flee the country, they're no longer participating in representing the country anymore. You're missing the forest for the trees here, possibly due to a sharp hatred of das hebrew, which is understandable.
This would also make it illegal for dual South Americans to run or serve, and would likely provide at least some kind of issue with people like the guatemalan saying what she did. It's a solution that isn't perfect, because no solution will be, but Bilzerian's points were so worthless it's not surprising Fine didn't address them. They're non-starters. Fine isn't a dual citizen, Bilzerian is a triple citizen.
