I think it would've been more post-ISIS status quo of "deterring Iran" by expanding deployments in GCC countries. Israel may have still pursued the 12-Day War, but I doubt there'd be a Midnight Hammer to open the door for future US involvement. Without the guarantee that the US will just go full send on Iran, Israel probably wouldn't risk another attack, and if they did I can't think even someone as dumb as Kamala would approve Ebin Fury.

The one silver lining from all this is that Trump's decision to start the war so quickly and thoroughly crashed American public opinion specifically towards Israel and made it such a pressing bipartisan issue that any future electoral candidate refusing to address it will be immediately discredited as a Zionist stooge by both parties' majority voter base. I also don't see any big influencer figures still supporting Israel nor the war besides sub-80 IQ Plan Trusters, Ben Shapiro, Destiny, and Charlie Kirk's corpse.
