It's probably just a basic writing/reading comprehension prerequisite, because you can turn just about any conversation topic into a question. If someone can't, then everyone will know they're too retarded to be worth talking to instantly.

They refuse to assimilate and think of themselves as others rather than part of the whole. That's why black on white violence is the highest compared to any other.
