Thats absolutely the plan! Even with a retarded $300/mo HOA fee that condos like to use I'd drop my expenses by over $1000 even without paying the loans off.

Checked Zillow today and my actual home value apparently is like $326,000 with a sales range of $300-$350~ so it might actually be time to sell.
