It's not a HIPAA violation without personally identifying information, but it is highly unprofessional and is or should be a fireable offense. It's also deeply rude.

How on earth would anybody be able to see it?

This person must be 4’9” to be 218 and be THAT fat.

Are you sure someone didn’t make a mistake when they noted down the patients weight - maybe writing the number 2, where it should really have been the number 4 and thus a weight of 418? Or could the weight be listed in kgs instead of lbs?

If not, then that is one hell of an unfortunate looking lady, holy shit. I mean, you’re definitely quite the fatty at 218 lbs, but the lady looks like Chantal around the head and neck - ergo she has no neck. And that’s just the head - she’s got quite the low-hanging fupa and giant moose knuckle too :cryblood:

Ill put my (unneeded) 2 cents in; while it might not be wise to share irl patients photos with internet austists, it's not a HIPAA violation. As long as the patients personal identifying info (name, DOB, address etc) isn't present or is obscured it's kosher. that being said foodie's at least 2x that.

Checks out with attention seekers and psychopaths the best and brightest being in medicine. For a cancer-screening too? I can't imagine being "treated" by these evil retards who happen to know some big words - and its not a hippo violation, but hopefully you make the patient and your supervisor aware and redirect them to your post and the thread. The buzz lightyear thing is at least funny and notable for everyone involved, this is just a fat person being scanned for terminal illness.

If she's had a golf-ball sized undrained boil for days, I'd have expected her to go to the ER before now. It would be insanely painful. Even lying down would put pressure on it.

The only way I can see her waiting this long would be if it had been draining for days to relieve the pressure. Unless she's lying about most of this, she must be too embarrassed to admit she's had pus running down her fat leg in her recent mukbangs and livestreams. That may be too gross even for the feeders that pay her to eat Indian food and pizza.
