Basically they made it so that Arthur isnt the real joker. Taking away the whole point of the first movie. The whole thing that made the first movie cool was that its the origin story of the joker. But then they undid that in this movie making Arthur not be the joker and they screw him over and no redemption and they have some random inmate kill arthur at the end and that random inmate is supposedly the real joker.

You asked should you see it. Only way to explain why you should not see it is to tell you how fucked up it is at the end. If i didnt say what happened you cant really trust my word, right?

The other thing is this is a movie that if you were a fan of the first one, the second one being spoiled is a good thing. It should not exist and no one should like it.

As a movie if it wasnt tied to joker id rate it a 6 or 7. As a joker movie i give it a 4.

If the ending wasnt so ridiculous, the movie could actually be ok for a joker movie. Like when he was freed from the court due to his followers, that should have been how he then began his path to be the joker. The movie could have been the same up til that point and it wouldnt have been atrocious. Also he should have then killed the jail guards who abused him and killed his friend. That would have been much better ending and would have redeemed the movie. Still wouldnt have been as good as the first movie but at least it would be an acceptable sequel

This one pisses me off just thinking about it. If you slit my throat right now you'd get shot in the eye with boiling blood. Any time you say something sucks around someone who disagrees, they try to validate their taste in shitty music/movies/clothing by reminding you that you still only speak for yourself, as if their opinions are in jeopardy of being monopolized by your own. The thing is, people who say goofy shit like this probably are sorta scared of their opinions being monopolized. Maybe not literally but they're super insecure and this is their attempt at ego self defense.
