Youre being a bit generous with the "actually brush their teeth" part. Try going to the South East USA and youll quickly notice its a "teeth optional" situation.

Yeah the USA has almost no chances of being killed so it's really low risk and so low interest rates.

Same reason your banks give you low interest with Savings.

I've never actually met an australian landlord, most of the landlords Ive had have been either White, Korean, or Armenian.

Armenian landlords are the worst
