Also, his weird licking of glasses and drinking every last drop was because he was spiking his drinks with cocaine so he could keep that buzz during streaming, without taking bathroom breaks every twenty minutes. It’s why he was so eager to lick every last drop like some freak. Not the last drops of booze, but some dissolved crystals that might be lurking in there.

Ingesting cocaine isn’t ideal but it’s what a lot of coke heads do when they cannot take easy breaks to snort a few lines. Coca-Cola started their empire getting people to drink cocaine in their soda after all. It’s also a method to use when their sinuses get so fucked up they can’t get any up their nostrils and don’t want to resort to freebasing or injecting it.

Nick even traveled with a little bullet to keep a gram in but no way he could have gotten away with ducking under the desk to do a quick bumps while streaming. Dumping a couple of fat lines into his whiskey was the solution.

I can’t believe it didn’t occur to me until today that was what he was doing. I had assumed he was using amphetamines because he didn’t take regular breaks to do more coke, meth lasts a long time but coke heads need to reup every twenty minutes or so. Spiking his drinks with blow was the solution and it could satisfy him till he could do some fat rails (aka checking on Kayla or Peeing lawyer breaks)

(For anyone that doubts me, old rock star booze hound coke heads were famous for mixing cocaine into their wake-up drink because their sinuses were so fuck when they woke up after snorting it all night. Stevie Ray Vaughan dumped a gram into his Jack and coke to get out of bed.)

It has been noted by many that this is a first offense, and it would be extraordinarily unlikely that the consequences are as severe as is possible. Realistically, Nick will take a plea bargain and get a token punishment. This will never go to trial, nobody will lose their kids to the state, nobody gets out of jail when he's pushing 70, nobody pays a joint million-dollar fine, all he has to do is back down and act normal.
This is all very true. However, Nick skinwalked as a normal, respectable man for ~40 years and he got very tired of that "prudence" nonsense about 3600 pages ago. He hates us for ragging on his every further deviation from the respectable and sane path. He has reliably doubled down out of spite. E.g., all he had to do was apologize to Monty, and look how that turned out: conservatively, he's $100,000 into an ill-advised lawsuit because he got a celebrity free speech lawyer to make the bizarre argument that the state should apply the law of a different state. When that predictably failed, he was so devastated that we got the Monday stream.
Are these the actions of a man who is lowly, normal, sane? Some "prude" who would do the "smart" thing that the Authorities want him to do? Nick is a god. Nick is invincible. Nick is above your morality, beyond your sensibility. Shame? Taking a loss? Are you mad?

Elissa is the only reason I even managed to keep up with Rekieta, cause the last time I watched entire Nick stream was when he made that 1 minute long announcement that he is cancelling stream because of some bullshit.
But, I think it's a zoomer thing, a lot of them seem a bit obsessed with being "fans" and "supporters". But then again i'm a milennial which is now basically like an ancient boomer, so who cares what i think.

That's 1:10 odds for *TOTAL* redemption arc (imo that's more like 1:100), but yeah Branca is right when he says that Rackets has to own up to how bad THEY fucked up.

Life isn't necessarily all black or white.
I think the best for them would be to admit internet fame brought them more misery despite the initial success.
They hurt their close ones and their kids. Their public image is forever tainted in the eye of their community and the Internet will never forget the exceptional trashfire they produced. I don't think many can put themselves in their shoes or the ones directly affected by this shitshow. I can't really imagine what's to come next but I hope things will improve for the kids at least.

Furthermore, his assertion that - though he is correct - that this is not a crime of moral turpitude and/or a violation of trust and so not a huge problem for his license is just more evidence for me that our definitions of that are way way too narrow.

People call Kiwi Farms a gossip forum because it is a gossip forum. Gossip is something universal amongst all humans. It keeps society in order. It allows people to speak about concerning members of their society without fear of repercussion. Society needs gossip for social order, and the only ones who want to prevent gossip are those who are destroying it. Any self-aware, honest human would agree that they all gossip, and that even though sometimes it's a bad thing, it's by in large a net positive for the functioning of society.
