How does Punk look so much better in WWE than he ever did in AEW, he’s in better shape, he looks happier, he looks 5 years younger even his hair looks better

They made Punk shave his graying beard and get a youthful haircut/dyed his hair to cover up the gray hair.
In AEW, there was the rumored backstage story about Punk telling Britt Baker that he had decided to embrace aging/being a "silver fox" when she saw him with the gray hair/beard but I would assume that Hunter and Endeavor told Punk "no, just no" on having Punk appear with said gray hair and made him come back clean shaven and with a haircut designed to try and cover up the fact that he's ten years older and showing his age.

AEW also has a makeup artists, it's Rebel. However she only works with the women. I've never heard of any of the men with her.

The difference between the company that likely has a branch dedicated solely to Tard Wrangling the various personalities in Wrestling, and the company where the inmates run the asylum as long as the CokeHead Booker gets his real life action figures. That’s before mentioning WWE’s makeup department and having hod only knows how much experience in the back as far as making people look Good for TV.
Again, it legitimately wouldn’t surprise me if AEW was kept alive by Papa Khan, solely to keep Tony away from the businesses that’re actually profitable.

Things will probably change now that people are getting fines for anything they do outside of the ring. Either more people walk away from the company once their contracts are up, or we'll see less shits given in the ring to kill the company. I know I for one wouldn't want to be fined for speaking my mind. I hope they have proper contracts written that make these fines legal, otherwise a smart person will rake them over the coals for it.

I watched NXT deadline and there was some good stuff but man when I watched NXT women's division, most of them matches. I feel like they are like one move away from Botching and hurting themselves.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it came out after this run is all said and done that Punk was told explicitly where the line is when he was signed, and he’s just fucking with them and seeing how close he can get to that line.

Can’t blame them if that’s the case, considering how radioactive he was by the end of his AEW run.
If Punk actually does really need the money, he’s going to be on his best behaviour to avoid having what might be his last chance at a bag slip away - and as said, WWE has experience with wrangling the various Borderline Lolcows that make up Pro Wrestling into doing what the WWE wants them to do. I still think he’s on a countdown to something setting him off, but I’d be happy to be proven wrong.

There's also the issue with the fact that many of the people who either had issues with him like Roman and Seth still work there. Seth will still work with him but Roman hasn't forgotten what Phil said about him. Then you have other issues with him like his massive ego thinking he deserves the best the company can offer when he's a B list talent at best. His consolation prize will be that gets to mainevent a night at Wrestlemania instead of what he wanted before, maineventing the show. That's going to eat away at him too.
His only hope to stay in the company until his contract expires is to stay away from people in the back which the company seemingly is doing by keeping him away from people, stay away from making social media posts, and stay away from fans. Though luckily for him he'll injure himself and ride out his contract that way. Hopefully it also keeps him off the Wrestlemania card.
