Kim did a tiktok live, it doesnt save the video after. Basically before I checked out (it was super fking long) she just sang yelled at Aiden, and vaped. As she vaped she said "dont worry guys its nicotine free". She begged for money to donate to the cash app, for diapers and wipes. Also said her daughter being born will die and has no kidneys or bladder and she may have said something else but it was hard to hear over the loud ass country music.

Sarge is no saint but photos like these provide some very welcome levity while Sammie is being so quiet and Kim is still being so unapologetically loathsome.
In the last 2 years I'd estimate Sammie alone has conceived/given birth 2 real children to about 317 fake black children so far. Kim has produced 3 disabled foetuses in roughly the the same. God knows know many former lot lizard junkies Sarge put a baby in. And this is all one fairly small community of people in a major city.
Although Sammie and Kim's wombs are too toxic (although between both of them all actual kids have health problems the state is paying for), there's plenty more like them who could give birth, or given birth to disabled crack babies, no father around, unhinged mothers on drugs. Surrounded by neglect etcetera.

I’m not sure if you can see from this image but does it seem like there are major skeletal issues specifically spinal issues?
She said something about bad scoliosis but that makes less sense than some neural tube defect in a baby imo.
