Buy something at walmart and that shit posts instantly to your debit or credit card (the actual "funds sweep" may take a few days but they sure as shit make certain you can't touch that money anymore). Go back and return it for a refund and notice how long it takes them to finally get around to sending the money back to your account again. Days, sometimes weeks.


I feel like this has been covered a dozen times by now, but these guys asked for $100k, received $1 million (actually disbursed) and another $9 million (that's now been stolen). They weren't expecting a million bucks. They figured on a tenth of that. Not to mention they've got farmers and locals (apart from the snooty liberal whiners) supporting them. And they lawyered up the moment the first million landed in their laps.

Nope! They have no clue how the world works outside their little bubbles. She undoubtedly thinks truckers are as easily replaceable as people like herself are. The blue-collar trades really are a mystery wrapped in an enigma to these people. They're consistently baffled by the fact that people can perform highly-skilled technical labor at extraordinarily high rates of pay, complete with regulations and certifications in industries that gatekeep based on skill and experience, etc., all without going to college first. She only understands "Mexican slave wager" and "office drone." Everything else is foreign to her.

I'm pretty sure this is the place. So I started looking around for any fire escapes. I don't see any fire escapes. Especially not anything near where his window would be. The closest judging by the angle of the photo would be this balcony:

I discounted the smaller building being a possibility because of the height (he's way above the Semi Truck) and the shape of the windows. The narrow part of the building has two balconies (aka "fire exits") as well, but they are outside the view from the window photos.

I was thinking about why I am really starting to hate these people more than Neo-Nazis, and I think I’ve found a way to articulate it:

She and her ilk remind me of the aristocrats living in the Capitol from the Hunger Games. They only care about human rights on a bare-minimum surface level, while gleefully participating in the very system that oppressed everyone who doesn’t live within the Capitol via taxes and pushing policies that only benefit urbanites above all else.

While they haven’t gotten to the point of gleefully watching children die for entertainment, they certainly take joy in the suffering of kids in schools. They enjoy ruining the lives of children whose parents are guilty of wrong speak/think. They unironically want to punish families who go against the Globohomo agenda. Doesn’t help that their side tends to sneer at children in general, more often than not.

Look, when a city’s been Canada’s Murder Capital that many times, I’m not surprised someone in Winnipeg tried to run over the protesters. Frankly, no one in that fucking city knows how to drive anyway, so if nowhere else I expected this shit from Winnipeg.
