In times like this I begin to feel really sorry for Chris and imagine all the ways in which the trajectory of his life could've been so much better.

Then I remember he's a literal motherfucker.

Chris is almost certainly a certifiable schizophrenic no fooling, and possibly believes the Jesus shit, too.

But proving that one is not guilty by reason of insanity is a lot more involved than merely establishing insanity. It boils down to whether he was (by reason of insanity) unable to know what he did was wrong when he did it.

Even with the dimensional merge, being Sonichu's lovely little wife, and being Jesus Christ, it does not automatically follow that he did not know fucking his mother was wrong.

If this is a play for an insanity plea, he's doing a very poor job since he continues to show awareness that his actions were wrong as far as the law is concerned. He makes efforts to say that everything was consensual, showing that he is capable of knowing that a lack of consent is wrong. He reiterates a commitment to the age of consent as well. He also argues that, basically, 'this list of minor to major deviations are all wrong, but deities like myself just don't really care about those as much anymore.' He understands that they're wrong, but just doesn't care.

Chris has clearly lost the last of his remaining marbles, but not in a way that has a chance of absolving him of guilt in the eyes of the law. Of course, his competency to stand trial is another matter entirely
 
Find somebody who loves reading and show them Chris' letter.

Hell, show this to an English major or professor and watch them just rethink their career.

Holy shit. Chris has no tie reality anymore. His jail stay seems to be eroding what little sanity he had left. And defending raping his mother like that.

If Chris is Jesus, I guess Barb is the Virgin Mary. If Mary was the opposite of a virgin. And a shrew. And Mary was raped by Jesus.

I do not believe Chris is crazy, I believe he is just retarded. I also do not expect Chris to end up in prison, I think he will get institutionalized (but for being retarded, not for being insane), which would mean that he will probably never be released into society again anyway. I wonder what the status of his toy collection is.

He's not crazy. He's not retarded. He is, at best, an autist who's learned that people think he's crazy/retarded and will excuse his behavior on that basis. In other words: This is just his latest manipulation.

November 18th, in the neighborhood of two months. If Chris has slipped this far down since early August, he'll be there come the 18th.

If Heilberg has this on his desk too, and psych evals are taking place- no doubt his team is on full damage control
