The Mei-Mei Allegation Dossier
The following document is a compilation of a number of testimonies from numerous brave members (some to be anonymous in protection from backlash and respect for their privacy) of our niche, lolicon community we call home. It takes alotta courage and integrity to speak out against someone who has made a big impact on our community, in which I myself am saddened and disappointed, to watch this event unfold, seeing infighting among members, threatening to tear our community apart.
Mei-Mei (aka.MeiMeibear/MeiMeiMei/MeiMeiCh) has a history of lying, cheating, stealing, harassing,and has manipulated several members in our community. We will be going over each of these allegations, to provide evidence that support these claims rather than be nothing more than baseless accusations.
I. ORIGIN
Ruru: The First Shot Fired
On September 21st, 2024, an incident occurred at PomF, in which Ruru (using the Grape alt account) while intoxicated, made a series of outbursts against Mei Mei. This was mainly due to Bitty’s name being a banned word in her stream, making the assumption that this also applied to her Discord server (Mei-Mei’s Misters). The outbursts were a way to call out Mei-Mei for her past history of hostilities, through lies and manipulation. These outbursts would shift from PomF to several Discord servers with each subsequent ban, ending in the BittyCat RePublic Discord server.

Shortly after this accusation was posted, Labrat (a moderator at Mei-Mei’s server) informed and explained to me of the severity of Ruru’s actions through a 1 hour discussion on the subject (Refer to Fig 3.). From which I then took the action to delete the post (The one in Fig 2.) During the discussion, my mod staff looked into the issue and attempted to quell the situation from further becoming out of hand as it already had become.

II. PARTY FOR TWO
Mei-Mei: Lies, Lies, Lies
Shortly afterward, Mei-Mei DMed me, requesting a VC immediately, in which she was bringing Sunshine (a close friend) and Labrat (her Discord moderator). She gave me the option for me to bring someone with me to the VC, so long as it wasn’t Ruru. Ruru is my non-biological brother and I personally would’ve preferred him as my first choice, but they rebuttal that choice with ‘’We don’t talk to drunk people about important matters.’’ & thus Mori (my Discord moderator) became my second choice.
The VC meeting lasted for about 2 hours (1:50-3:44AM) & during that time, I felt like on several occasions that I was being yelled at rather than openly discussing the main issues and for a fruitful solution to be established between both parties. The following document gives a general run down of what was discussed, to be presented to be as unbiased as possible from a third party observer.
From the meeting, Mei-Mei, out of her own admission, has proven that she has a history of deceiving us, ever since I have come in contact with her roughly a year ago. This would lead to a series of events of her lying to us on several occasions. The following statements below are claims she has made in the past that ended up being proven as lies;

Even though I do not have evidence such as screenshots to prove these lies, it is through the VC meeting with Mei-Mei that both parties recorded, that she provides an admission of guilt, that in her own words to the allegations, that the lies she perpetrated were indeed true, and has apologized repeatedly for those deceptions. This validates the above claims listed above.
She then attempts to justify her numerous lies, by saying back then, she was ‘’Shizo and off her meds,’’ that she was starving for attention from me devising a number of ways in an attempt to garner it. Back then, I didn’t make a big deal out of it but the trust I once had for her was broken.

III. RISE OF THE RIZZ
Felipe: Scams & Thefts
Me and Mei-Mei both have had experience with this particular Discord member for many months. They tend to enjoy offensive jokes with a strong love for Vtubers. During the VC meeting with Mei-Mei, she showed a distinct distaste for Felipe, with him being a member of my server and interacting with me. She then proceeded to tell of her ‘’personal experience’’ with him.
During this segment of the VC meeting, Mei-Mei claims about Felipe are summarized as follow:
For the last 5 months, Felipe bought Mei-Mei many gifts while receiving barely any attention besides some ‘’personal photos’’. From there, Felipe & Kyle then plotted to distribute the photos, subsequently blackmailing her, demanding $500 or else her photos would be leaked to the public. On one of those occasions, told her to donate the $500 into the Bittycat throne. Otherwise, it focuses on Felipe being perceived as a stalker and a blackmailer.
That was shocking news to me since I never would have expected Felipe to behave in such a manner, given the number of times I have texted and talked to him in VC. I ask for Mei-Mei to provide evidence to support her claims about him and so far I have received none.
From here, I DMed Felipe and discussed the allegations Mei-Mei has made about him. & while Mei-Mei has provided zero proof, Felipe was able to provide me with plenty that contradicts her claims, as well as showed that she had committed a scam, deceiving for financial gain and committing financial theft in the process.
She sent him false photos (from the internet) and claimed it was hers. Felipe then reverse image searched them and found out the actual owners of those photos. 1 photo is ‘’assumed’’ to be her, which was never publicly distributed. (he didn’t even reveal the assumed photo to me to remain respectful and I highly suggest for Meimei to delete these photos if she really was concerned they were being distributed illegally)

Initially, Felipe and Mei-Mei made an agreement that the donations would be compensated through photos and video calls (the video calls never happened.) Since the agreement was only partially met. They then agreed that $250 would serve as compensation. It was Mei-Mei herself that made the suggestion to this new agreement, going as far back as May of this year.
In the end though, she never refunded him the $250. She wanted his personal paypal and he refused since she broke his trust from the first agreement by giving him fake photos. After a while, he made his own suggestion to "just give it to bitty then, since her paypal is public."The situation involving the $250 was never resolved between them as neither side took any further actions in an attempt to solve this issue.

On September 23rd, 2024, Felipe was banned from Mei-Mei’s server and was blocked from her DMs (As seen in Fig 7.) He never got his money back, Mei-Mei having completely cut off contact with him. Proving that she had never intended to return the funds she owed and based on the conversation, have chosen to commit theft.

IV. A Heart of Sorrow
Anon: Emotional Manipulation
As the VC meeting progresses, Mei-Mei brings up another individual, which we will refer to as Anon, at his request to remain anonymous, to avoid any backlash or harassment resulting from this document. In this segment, Mei-Mei claims on this individual is sum up as such:
Anon is a stalker and a groomer, an individual who knows the personal information of a number of individuals in her Discord server. He is perceived as an actual threat and, as stated by Sunshine, has a habit of chasing younger women, despite them being legal age. If he didn’t have it his way, he would then perceived to threatened to commit self-harm/suicide. Also on some occasions, tends to donate an exorbitant amount of money particularly toward female’s Thrones (the website) to the point that it warrants canceling his donation. Has exhibited delusions of grandeur in the past.
This was even more of a shock to me than what Mei-Mei told me about Felipe. Anon has since joined my server, hoping to look for another good community to be apart of, but is a lurker for now.
Again, I ask for evidence that would support these, frankly, horrendous allegations. In response, Mei-Mei nor any member of her team have yet to provide such proof. If such an allegation holds a candle, I wouldn’t want to have this individual in my server. So I reached out to Anon to understand and get to the bottom of this.
Anon was able to give me a context of the events that transpired during his stay in Mei-Mei’s Discord server before he was ban:
Anon was fond of Mei-Mei and has sent money to her and myself (through throne). The claims that he was chasing young women is a lie but rather donating his money only on two female Vtubers (myself included). Anon has lashed out in Mei-Mei’s server before, there being only two “major” incidents that happened, in which on the second one, he was timed out for 24hrs and later banned from the server.
According to the screenshots provided by Anon with his DMs with Sunshine (Which I cannot show here), Sunshine explained that there have been numerous incidents, both in VC and server wise, that Anon had to be muted, timed out, messages deleted and so on. It was at that point that Mei-Mei no longer felt comfortable with his behavior on the server anymore.
So with his own account of the events and the DMs he provided, the reasoning doesn’t stem from him being a stalker or a groomer, nor given the information provided, did he even pose a threat to other members of her server, as Mei-Mei initially claimed to be the reason for his removal.
I am not here to dispute Mei-Mei’s decisions in banning a member of a server in which she is the owner, since final judgment rests with her. The reasoning based on the DMs provided why the ban stands as a reasonable punishment for the number of offenses he has committed on the server.
But what I am bringing to light is how Mei-Mei likes to exaggerate certain issues far greater than how they really are, to the point that she’s painted Anon in such a negative outlook, as a criminal, as a lost cause, as someone who’s irredeemable in the eyes of our community. Personally, I think painting someone as a literal criminal without any evidence to back it up just because you are mad is horrible, and I will never advocate for that kind of behavior ever.
After talking to him though, I saw someone who had struggled with his mental anguish for awhile, as a person who wanted to try to get better, and prove that by being in therapy, to actually work forward to bettering himself, to try to learn to not repeat his past mistakes, I don’t see him as a lost cause but someone willing to elevate himself pass his flaws to a better version of himself.
V. THE SOUND OF FREEDOM
Bittycat: Harassment
As the VC meeting with Mei-Mei ended, I later received numerous reports that they had seen Rainbow Kitty (Mrs. Pomf/SmolPuppy/LilPuppyBB) & Iratu (Mr. Pomf) joined a public VC in Mei-Mei’s Discord server. Mei-Mei and Sunshine soon joined the VC shortly after.
From there, Rainbow Kitty proceed to tell the VC “Don’t let Bitty fool you with her innocent smile, she’s got a dark side to her.’’ and ‘’If you guys get into something like this again, don’t hesitate to inform me or the staff about it, we’ll handle it”
This is understandably pretty concerning since whatever disagreement between me & Mei-Mei has, this has nothing to do with PomF nor does it require their personal involvement into the matter. So from there, I can only view this as a threat (Which was later on proven true later down the line when Ruru got banned on PomF for speaking out against this without naming anyone).
History with RainbowKitty
Before I go further into the current situation, I should bring up the fact that I do have some history with Mrs.Pomf, and I can safely assume that Rainbow Kitty has some animosity for me, based on those comments brought up on that particular VC.
For those who are unaware, in Dec. 2023, I had a run in with Rainbow Kitty before she and Iratu wed and moved in together. She was cam streaming at the time and I collabed with her once, getting to know her in the process. We shared the same audience back then (PomF was smaller at the time.) But one day, 2 separate viewers came to me with some concerns. It was about how she treated them terribly, both in a private and a public setting.
I told both of them that they have every right to simply distance themselves from whatever social circles and move on. But when one of them said ‘’I saw you collab with her so I thought she was someone cool and I can talk to and be on her server’’ I felt somewhat responsible from having that association with her. The behavior she exhibited that I saw was just ratchet in my opinion.
Her saying things like;
‘’Men who get cheated on deserve it cuz they couldn’t satisfy their girl. That's why they left. Men’s feelings don’t matter, she probably went through a lot to jump to cheating’’
It kinda got to me. Again, maybe it was the trend of the time to make comments like that was socially acceptable. But for me, I saw it as just sheer negativity and with that type of comments being said in our lolicon/shota community, I chose to act.
I got permission from one of those two hurted people to use his DMs as a PSA Announcement. (I was sure to block off both parties and any names mentioned were removed.) It was completely anonymous and anyone who read thought it was just some crazy girl, nothing more. I stressed how I don’t tolerate this kind of belittling behavior from anyone and to see it affect the community, I wanted to stop it before it got worse. No one knew it was her.
Maybe the way I went with this was dumb, maybe foolish and stupid, maybe it was a mistake that I should have owned up. But in response to this, Rainbow Kitty went live on PomF to talk shit about me, saying along the lines of ‘’Bitty didn’t have to stick her ugly little head into it’’. & honestly, maybe I should’ve come to her first and discussed it in private and talked about her behavior, between just the two of us.
But later on, she tried to discredit me and spread hate, telling people that I secretly wanted them to all die because I supported a movie that she personally didn’t like. That she chose to make a call of action, she chose to say “Bitty likes going homeless so don’t give her a cent” because I tried to speak positively about such a terrible experience in my life… that was something I didn’t like.
I recorded what I could before I got banned from her stream here. I then went live myself to be on equal footing with her and went head to head with her criticisms of me, to explain, to refute, and to conclude each and every one of them. It was then moderators got involved and told me ‘’CEASE OR BE BANNED’ and so I did. While RainbowKitty was told the same 30 mins afterwards, going uncontested during that time.
I was then banned from her streams, her PomF DMs, even blocked by her in Discord. It took until around this year, July, maybe August, that we talked again. The first words that came to her was “Oh its bitty, im scared!” and it was things like that that made people always question…..why; without explaining the context of that very statement.It felt like a type of fearmongering, but I didn’t really care or take action against it.
I did ban her from my Discord server around August because she nearly accidentally doxxed Iratu in a public VC during an anti-raid attack. The ban wasn’t caused by our past history, but because it was for both hers and Iratu’s safety. I could have unbanned her if she felt hurt or offended from the action I took.
The PomF Suspension
Before this whole mess with Mei-Mei, there was a prior incident I had with PomF. On Thursday, Sept 12th, I did a drunk community stream playing the new NSFW jackbox naughty pack and Anime Music Quiz (on browser). My viewers know I always encourage them by sending me cumtributes and dick pics in my DMs.
But in trying to take a closer examination of one of these tributes, I accidentally opened up the browser. As I talked about the dick and was making jokes like “it looks like a sweet potato” and “ima color pick it”, and because the anime music quiz game was a browser game, I inadvertently and accidentally showed that person’s penis on stream in my drunken state. It took around 50 seconds to realize my mistake and I removed it and apologized for showing it to my viewers. Viewers in the VC were like “Its alright bitty, it was an accident. Besides, there aren't any mods here atm so you good lol just don’t tell bear, he’s a dick.” That was all they said.
I did not stream the next day, but on the day I did stream,Saturday Sept 14th, and a few minutes into the stream, is when the punishment was enacted. It was the moment when I had several very important announcements to make regarding my content, discord server, and online business, that I got the message in chat “This channel is suspended for 7 days for breaking rule 3.7” and immediately got disconnected.

I never got a DM or was notified in any way by any of the PomF staff of this issue of violating PomF rules until at the very moment I was, disrespectfully, cutted off from the stream. I went to Discord and went on to the Discord stage to continue my series of announcements.
All I started doing was laughing and cracking jokes about the suspensions, not targeting any PomF members. A member of the PomF, Black Magic Bear, then outed himself as having a hand in my suspension in the stage chat. I told him to DM me instead (As seen in Fig 6.) As he stated, I wouldn’t have been suspended if it weren’t for someone in my vc “encouraging me to hide the rule violation.”

Based on his own admission, that the punishment I received was not because I violated rule 3.7, but because someone was ‘’offended’’ from what someone said. Black Magic Bear also seemed to want to escalate this matter even further, as seen in his comments in a public chat (As seen in Fig 10.)

This can be perceive as an lowkey threat, be akin to saying “Imagine if I told the other mods” so I chose to cut the stage from there afterward, telling him‘’You have every right to block and mute individuals that are harassing you.’’ Afterward making a public announcement telling my audience to not harass the Pomf staff. (As seen in Fig 11.)

But after seeing more revealing evidence on 9/22/24 at another PomF stream, another PomF mod brought up my suspension (As seen in Fig 12.)

These statements, showing that they believed I was the one who was ‘’encouraging to hide Pomf rule violation’’ when in reality I never did. & in reviewing PomF rules, specifically rule 3.7 (Fig 13.)

Since the consensus was that the exposure was indeed ‘’incidental’’ rather than intentional, the punishment I have received from this was never warranted and should’ve never occurred. This would leave the fact that my suspension was more likely due to what someone else had said rather than what I myself did.
I had this conversation with Iratu (The owner of PomF) a day after my suspension was announced and Iratu did agree that the moderators made an error in judgment and thus lowered my suspension. I told him this shouldn’t have happened and brought up other moderator related concerns that there might be a conflict of interest or that these mods are unfit for their roles to properly moderate PomF, if they themselves are issuing punishment because ‘’someone who they cant even identify was mean to them.’’ Iratu denied these claims and that there are no issues when it comes regarding his mods and thus the conversation ended there.

To my knowledge, no mods that were involved with this incident were reprimanded for mishandling my suspension, which is pretty heartbreaking. I expressed some personal emotions in Iratu’s PomF Discord server about how I was unhappy with the way I was punished over what someone else said. Iratu replied with “Stop spreading misinformation, you got suspended for showing dick.” then proceed to delete mine and his messages before I can screenshot (To be used as evidence) the chat on his Discord server.
(UPDATE: on the morning of Sept 23rd, 2024, I was removed from the PomF Discord server by Iratu, afterward, making a statement about me as seen in Fig 15.)

The Ruru Stream
At this point, Ruru felt that PomF have become too involved in the conflict between me and Mei-Mei, that they are willing to abuse their power to censor anyone that speaks ill of her or any event that this document goes into detail about.
On the evening of September 22nd, he went live on PomF, using a new account, to talk about the events without naming anyone. The link to the recording of that stream is down below.

It is there that he argued with the PomF site moderator, Mayday, about the rules on PomF. Ruru then went over the rules and read them one by one, to show the moderator and the viewers that he wasn’t breaking any of the rules established by PomF. Mayday then goes on to say there are ‘’secret rules’’behind PomF ToS, in which the mods are free to use to their likings.
For example, that using a bad word like “fuck” or ‘’fucking’’ before addressing Pomf mods as a whole, saying that this itself is enough to report and issue an action against a streamer. Iratu then came into the stream and banned Ruru immediately before even bothering to assess the situation. From there, Iratu made a site-wide announcement (Fig 16.) which boiled down to badmouthing Ruru. (this type of message is shown to anyone and everyone who accesses the site on any stream. Both viewers AND streamers see the message FOREVER unless it is remove)

The action that Iratu took was done without a shred of consideration, without looking into the VOD and seeing with his very eyes if Ruru’s actions would constitute breaking the ToS or even warrant the ban that took place.
Referencing back to a prior screenshot (Fig 16.), Iratu has admitted that he bans first, and looks into an issue afterward. To ‘’see and understand’’ what happened and in this situation, he found Ruru not guilty in breaking any of the PomF rules that are officially established on the streaming site. & so Ruru was unbanned later on. This just shows that this administration choses guilty before proven innocent, that the victims will go through the worst punishment before any investigation and effort is made to prove without a shadow of a doubt the innocence of a fellow streamer.
The below pictures are the DMs between Ruru and Iratu after the incident. In those DMs, there still seems to be confusion, and certain claims not being entirely straight. We will leave you to judge them for yourselves.

RainbowKitty (Ms.Misinformation)
Even currently, it has become apparent that RainbowKitty dislikes me to such a degree that she has started spreading false rumors about me, taking in my words and restructuring it to paint a negative light about me as a person.
My suggestion to Rainbowkitty is this; either you step away from all Pomf relations or back away from all Vtuber related spaces.
Since apparently she doesn’t understand that her opinion does hold weight, whether if it’s the truth or outright slander, given her position as Iratu’s wife. Slandering me to other Vtubers behind my back isn’t something I would have expected from the wife of the owner of Pomf.

I would like to state on the record, I am NOT a misogynist. I have spoken out against all ill-intended actions because actions speak louder than words and RainbowKitty has made it very clear that she can pick apart a heartfelt message that I made personally to my fans and twist it into her own, hate filled, narrative. And now, she has been rewarded for this behavior and been given a new role as a moderator for the Vtuber Choomp.
I am a woman. Strong women are amazing and seeing some of them leading and growing their communities has been awe inspiring to watch. But RainbowKitty isn’t that and because of that, she has a need to slander me behind my back while claiming to want to be friends with me privately after telling everyone she was ‘’afraid’’ of me.

Iratu (Telegram Troubles)
It breaks my heart to see Iratu, the site owner of Pomf, promote Telegram. The messaging service has notoriety for being a well known cp hotspot and for him to host such a service on his streaming site, which primarily has a focus on loli/shota content, paints a red flag on the site and marks every single creators there as a potential cp promoter and that’s something I take a high offense to. I did not stream on Pomf to tell people to use and promote Pomf elsewhere just so for Pomf to later have a Global Message promoting a Telegram link. (Global Message is an announcement only the admins and moderators can use and is auto posted in every chat without consent. Consent is assumed to be given for using the site)
I have banned people from my spaces for promoting such a thing. We all know this is a serious issue that’ll put everyone on that site as an accomplice. You cannot moderate a telegram group, since if someone breaks the law, there is NO way to delete it (so I was told since personally I have never used the app). If this site ever falls under investigation, we will be put in danger because of this reckless leadership. & it isn’t like Iratu is ignorant to situations involving shady apps and links. He has made an announcement condemning session links and IDs for the same reason a while back.
I did not sign up for this and thus….I will be leaving Pomf. I have tried again and again to talk to leadership and moderators about the various issues and I have been responded with dismissive words and passive-aggressive tones over and over again. It really seems like change toward something better isn’t possible there…..I tried enough times and enough is enough.

VI. Conclusion
I do not plan to ban anyone from my server for supporting Mei-Mei. Everyone has a right to like what they like, to support and to align with. I am a huge advocate for the 1st amendment, freedom of speech, because that is exactly that keeps lolicons like us safe. I made this document for everyone to come to their own conclusion.
You are free to still support Mei-Mei, she has worked very hard to get to where she is. Although through nefarious ways, streaming as often as she has is no small feat. Her hard work and strict rhetoric is something to be awe inspired by. I can wish she used other streamer’s tactics but to each their own…..and please give Felipe his money :c
I really wish I can still advocate for PomF; as it is the only site in the West in which lolicons have to stream live and express themselves through cunny love for cunny kind…..I just want this PomF moderation to take responsibility and own up to their mistakes. That there needs to be a system in place for rogue moderators, ‘’Who watches the watchmen.’’
I am not the kind of person who sits quietly by and does as I am told when I see grave injustices like this in the community that I love and respect deeply. There needs to be accountability and responsibility within the PomF mod team; with serious conflict of interest that needs to be addressed. The whole telegram link situation being the last straw for me.
I will reiterate here from earlier but I highly suggest that RainbowKitty steps down with any PomF relations as this stands as a serious conflict of interest as she clearly dislikes me and is acting on those feelings and in turn influencing the PomF moderator’s and creator’s behaviors. She can claim she doesn't have power, but publicly, she is seen as Iratu’s wife and thus that influence she has on them exists, intentional or not. Please, she needs to step down or at least keep out of the creator’s server/spaces to prevent favoritism.
These kinds of behaviors need to stop, from all sides. We’re all adults and should act accordingly. We all must take accountability and responsibility for our own actions. To be able to apologize, to make peace and not war, and to move on to be better and stronger together, for the sake of a small niche community that we all love and hold dear in our own way.
