Oh, on Homestuck, a streamer I watch, Revscarecrow, pledged to read ALL of Homestuck on stream as part of a charity incentive. He's been at it for at least a year lol

well the incentive was to read X pages per like $1000 or something like that but yeah they donated so much he was obligated to read all of it on stream

not in one sitting mind you, but yeah, he's been doing Homestuck streams for over a year, once a week

Podtoid was just the podcast for destructoid.com, it still is to this day but Jim Sterling left the site years ago

people liked the nonsense they produced together with jonathan holmes and the rest of the cast so when Jim moved on they started their own podcast on the side called The Dismal Jesters

then it all went quiet for a lot of years

then in february 2019 suddenly jim, jonathan, and conrad started a show again that calls back to both of those shows

it's just improvised farcical "comedy" in the same vein of what would be mixed in with all the video game talk on podtoid in like 2008

I am missing the context of what's happening (hi! I'm new) but if your goal is sub count, that's gonna come 100x more from content than it is from internet drama. Your mental space is valuable. You only have a limited amount of time on this planet, and every moment you put it into whatever this whole mess is, you're not putting it towards stuff that's good for you. I'm the kind of person who processes stuff by talking it out. If you have a few RL friends, call them one by one, do the rant, and see if at the end of it you've got it out of your system

If you don't, uh, that didn't work

But if you do, hey! Now you have a tool for dealing with that feeling

(This happened to me last week, and after doing the same rant to the fifth person in a row, I was like "oh hey I'm done with it")

(it was very cleansing)
