Because you made an Explorer, I strongly recommend making Both Arch Mages and get them to 120, or 140 for Legion Purposes

Link Skills start at level 1 automatically, You can get the skill once the character of the skill you want reaches 70. The skill levels up to 2 at 120 for most jobs. However, some of them has a third level and requires 210, but that's more for mid-late game when you get your main to 200

Completely honest. Only some colleges will take full transfer of credits and usually they have some excuse about curriculum didn't meet their standards so you have to pay to take it again.
It’s clearly listed whether it is accepted or not. Some people just don’t pay attention to the details. It’s one of the reasons I advocate going to a university over a junior college

The level of education at a junior college isn’t the same as at a university, sure you may get amazing professors everywhere, but the classes are generic and the whole junior college system is just designed to be as generic as possible to apply broadly to everyone. Their goal is to pass their students... not to teach them

Also: College is more than just what classes you take and what degree you graduate with, it’s about forming connections with other people. If you switch colleges halfway through, you will have a harder time with that.
