Bankruptcy is a tool to pay for things cheaply. You loan the money to buy at cost and run the business into the ground and buy assets for pennies on the dollar with shadow corps.
How does fixing the housing crisis make them money?
23:19
The people who need housing have little to no income and the government is cutting back on HUD spending.
23:20
People coming from overseas have money and can afford to pay high rents because they are getting high paying jobs.
23:23
The only reasonable way to fix housing crisis is ship people out of state to either Montana/Wyoming or Arizona/New Mexico where coat of living is cheaper and have a federal grant foot the bill for jacked up costs.
23:24
Of course you need building monies also to be promised to those states so they can inflate adminstration Costs.
23:26
Right now we building a wall.
23:28
Even Kansas City has outrageous rents.
23:29
Look into local tax collection efforts. Most of California is 80%+ late. I am talking about businesses.
23:29
It's kinda a trend in most large cities.
23:31
In Minneapolis the Asian restaurants will never pay their taxes then shut down and file bankruptcy while another member is reopening under practically the same name in the same location.
23:31
They close for like a week.

The Job Corps was created during the administration of President Lyndon B. Johnson in 1964 as part of Johnson's War on Poverty and Great Society initiatives that sought to expand economic and social opportunities for Americans, especially minorities and the poor.
23:46
Now this part is conjecture ( Johnson only became president after the Kennedy assassination.)
23:47
Anyway he wasn't a liked president and some feel ( without firm proof) the Johnson ordered the hit. Anyways jobcorps was something if actually done like it said it would would have been great.
23:48
Jobcorps was designed to basically militarize young trouble youth.
23:49
Basically bully the bad out of them.
23:51
If you ever to decide to read old military documents although there was often deserters and they were threatened by shooting there was many officers who actually made compassionate men out of the soldiers. We seem to have lost that component.
23:51
Don't shame them for being bad. Shame them for not showing compassion.
23:52
If a soldier truly fears for harming another they will all want to crowd think about least casualties.
23:53
If that is sending bad Intel into a war zone or creating dissent amonst the population against their own governments isn't that better then bombs and bullets?
23:54
What if we get into modular life with things that need to be replaced but are biodegradable.
23:55
Instead of forcing idealistic views on people how about we slowly turn the wheel that one day and then eventually they will just start echoing your message. Fyi this is how the corporations did it. One small change at a time so it felt natural.

Make 2 part legs with the bottom having a t section to accept the top leg at a perpendicular point.
15:35
You likely will need a leg for each side and the floor piece to connect for stabilization.
15:36
You need clips on the bottom side to hold the pieces for the legs to make it a table and d rings on the edges for straps to carry like a bag or tall backpack.
15:39
Needs to be lightweight and accept grip tape on the top. Also rate it for 300lbs at the weakest point if possible no less then 175lbs.

20:42
I just have a really nice camera on my phone Might as well use it
Yeah! That sounds really cool. I'm talking more about the part that generates the sound - the keytar or a midi keyboard would just provide the command input. Sadly doing analog electronics like that is kinda expensive, though I quite enjoy doing it in software
Agreed. But getting the software part organized would be great too

If you’re doing technical photography You’re probably not even considering a phone for that anyway lol
A
20:44
Aezzy
The phone has neural networks that clean up the image and make it sharper, have better detail and color and make it nicer overall. These edits also prevent photogrammetry from working properly haha
I've not checked recently, but at the time (and probably still) Sony a7 is the best available photocamera for technical photography
20:46
It's so ridiculously good that at the time it left all the competition in the dust and I think it's still the best available camera for technical photography (and one of the top ones for professional photography? My interests only include technical photography so I can't speak of that x3)
The sensor is very good. There is active stabilization of the sensor on subpixel level, the sensitivity of sensor is very very high (can take photos in tunnels and other dark environments), it has all the features you might need
20:47
Basically all things all the good cameras have, just /better/

A
20:48

If you can afford to spend around $3k on a camera
20:49
Or maybe it's around $2k
20:49
But all things considered, assume you need a budget of $3k-$4k (camera + lens)
Haha. You don't know what you're talking about this time, I can tell you for sure :P
21:31
I went through the entire spectrum from the shitty handheld digital cameras from 2000's to phone cameras, to early DSLR's, mid range ones and all the way up to a7, if you're curious on what exact technical characteristics make a7 stand out, I can explain. It all has to do with faithfulness of the pixels in the data that camera captures and how well you can process those pixels afterwards
21:31
It's not for taking wedding photos, but if you're doing photogrammetry, using a $4k a7 + lens shaves off hours to days of work time from working with the resulting scans or captured data

Joking question, but the answer is no because the majority of materials we need in or diet simply aren’t produced in the ocean. Exceptions come from groups in very remote areas that predominantly eat certain foods. Certain very small island nations and Inuit groups come to mind but they still eat off the land

Winning against someone who tried their best and still failed? That alone is a strong victory. It’s almost like increasing the hardness level by not using codes or cheating, makes the win that much more earned

It's a good hobby, I approve. There are plenty of resources online that explain how to design your model train layouts, I suggest using something like QCAD

Model trains are an expensive hobby... but your giving me an idea... I wonder if Damian would be more interested in constructing trains if they moved and made sounds..... he doesn’t play with the train sets I got him. But idk I also just purchased a bunch of sensory toys made for children w autism. I hope that he likes them

I heard - true story - that they were at least initially offered free tickets on a future cruise.
09:46
Realistically though, there's not much that the cruise line could do to avoid this. It now looks like you can be contagious without showing visible symptoms, and that the incubation time for coronavirus can be nearly as long as a month, which makes it VERY hard to screen anyone.
This makes me happy to hear. I get three new ones every month. So if you want, towards the end of the month go ahead and delete and re add them to get the new stickers updated into the pack!

I am not convinced. The rate of growth is much higher than other epidemics in recent history. It lends itself to being a very widely spread virus. If it mutates, we'll definitely be in trouble.
But besides that, it could easily lead to a cancelling of public gatherings, travel, and lots of shelter in place problems.
I've been clocked in for two and a half hours without a single delivery. Which is cool because I'm dead tired and this is an early day. I'm basically half way through my shift. But still. I'd rather be at home.
