It didn’t work and I became suicidal. In the dream I woke up and realized that we were still back together. Time went by and then I actually woke up in real life and I realized that I indeed am broken up with that person. Am I suicidal? No, I don’t think so. Am I sad? Yes. About as much as some of the people I work with at the banks know about me being a fur is some of the videos of the dances at this years BLFC showing the stage lighting in action.

I did get asked by one person if I dressed up in a costume. I explained to him that the number of people in the fandom rarely have costumes due to the expenses of making them. But then I found out something from this person that I didn't think would have been a thing with them all because they were dressed up in a suit and tie and worked at a bank.

They used to be in the rave scene.... so I guess judging a book by its cover really means a lot in the area of peoples interests outside of work.

I kinda agree that kids shouldn't be making life-changing decisions like hormone therapy or other stuff without a lot of psycholigcal support. It's not a very well understood phenomenea and we're still learning about it, and much like any medical procedure, there could be life-altering complications or consequences that a child literally can't comprehend or understand.

HRT and reassignment surgery are massive, huge life-altering decisions. We don't let kids make those kinds of decisions for themselves, and I don't think the parents should either. MAybe a neutral party like a psychologist or specialist in gender dysphoria can deem it medically necessary but... eh. There's a lot of factors. It's not a topic that can be trivialized down to talking points.

honestly that's one of the things that's really freakin' impressed me about the younger kids who realize that they're that way. it impresses me so much that they're *not* doing it for popularity reasons. because they're too young to. they're at an age where they just tell it like it is, and "the way it is" is that they're whatever gender.
