Why not? In the extreme you just end up paying the same that the manufacturer does to make them, and Id assume there’s a big markup over that price because they’ve got a monopoly.

I hate it when someone works their sallary into a conversation and then refuses to move forward with the conversation until everyone acknowledges that they're a big money baller
I do think we are unfortunately disadvantaging folks who are basically adults, but also think that complying with the law is the right call for things like that. :/

But yes @FoxTrap you are right it should be 18+ or less than 18.
Usually if someone's constantly like "hey come hang out with me" then I say no and watch how they interact with other people, and if they have a tendency to fly off the handle I just get real quiet.
I mean, one of the main reasons I’m looking to get a laptop is for college, since I don’t have access to one when I’m working or studying there. Aside from the library :p
