New job? Better medical, my manager's like "dude, you're working too hard take time off", much more relaxed, and they actually listen to my feedback. If I say something's gonna take x amount of time with the resources, they don't say "well do it in x-y time", they say "we need it by y, is there anyhting we can do - more resources, more manpower, to make that happen?"
