<2021-05-31T00:23:47.000Z> INSTALLGENTOO@freespeechextremist.com: >should never be a viable plate for them to use ever again on ANY undercover fleet vehicle. Force their department to spend the money to request, approve, order, issue and install a new plate or risk being scene by our Counter Intel niggas.
<2021-05-31T00:24:20.000Z> INSTALLGENTOO@freespeechextremist.com: Uh, no. That's just gonna force the database to go outdated fast.
<2021-05-31T00:25:14.000Z> INSTALLGENTOO@freespeechextremist.com: let the laziness and bureaucratization get them.
<2021-05-31T03:25:05.000Z> n8: Maybe I wasn't too clear. this sort of list wouldn't be published on the clear net. this sort of document or series of documents would be decentralized and limited in their access. if the dissident right ever started counterintelligence (CI) best practices we would have CI personnel moving information through snail mail for sending requests for searches between each other's data sheets over encrypted emails.it sounds like a lot of silly work for little gain but wasting ZOGs money when they find out they're undercover vehicles are being tracked is only the runner-up to them not knowing we're tracking them.
<2021-05-31T03:25:14.000Z> n8: maybe that helped clear up what I meant.
<2021-05-31T05:19:47.000Z> INSTALLGENTOO@freespeechextremist.com: It doesn't waste money when they own the MVA. I don't think cops pay for car licenses.
<2021-05-31T15:16:09.000Z> n8: when it comes to incurring costs internally or on contract the ownership of departments isn't really the issue. There is no such thing as a free lunch. Doesn't matter if you own the shop, your coffee ain't free brother. So it goes with the federal government. Sure we may own all the HUMVES and MRAPS and all the departments who monitor and license us, but recertifying anything or anyone isnt free. And sometimes it's not cheap either.
