Another angle you might try is seller financing: this is where the previous owner of the property your purchasing acts as the bank, so you give them the down payment and then a certain payment each month based on an amortization schedule which you, them, and n the Jew lawyers can hash outSeller financing is win-win for so many reasonsFor one, the seller pays much much less in taxes. And text time is coming up for a lot of businesses on October 1st so they are really feeling the squeeze. You can also hit them with the crazy lending that's happening with banks like I had mentioned one of my loans jumped to 18% overnight and use that towards the end to convince them to go ahead and sell our finance. There's just a whole lot that goes into this but it's never too early to start looking. I learn by doing and no amount of book reading or podcasts or whatever prepared me for building my business; the only thing that worked was actually going out and doing it
