<2022-03-22T01:50:57.000Z> go: Sorry I am trying to add another network to poast.;
<2022-03-22T01:51:04.000Z> grey: ?
<2022-03-22T01:51:23.000Z> go: Nevermind I accidently clicked follow.
<2022-03-22T01:51:24.000Z> go: im new
<2022-03-22T01:52:24.000Z> grey: idc is this an automated account forwarding posts from something else?
<2022-03-22T01:52:49.000Z> go: no i am trying to add a network like pleroma.nobodyhasthe.biz
<2022-03-22T01:52:55.000Z> go: instead of poasts
<2022-03-22T01:53:07.000Z> go: so i can see their messages
<2022-03-22T01:58:57.000Z> grey: are you trying to see like a timeline with just posts from that node on it? i appear to be able to see posts from that node, so they aren't blocking poast. there's tootdeck.poa.st/ i don't know if it can create a filtered fediverse feed tab or something like that.
<2022-03-22T02:00:16.000Z> go: thats something else it requires log in
<2022-03-22T02:00:20.000Z> go: Application Sengi is requesting access to your account. The following permissions will be grantedReadWriteFollow
<2022-03-22T02:00:33.000Z> go: after i enter pleroma.nobodyhasthe.biz
<2022-03-22T02:01:58.000Z> go: thanks for trying thats okay
<2022-03-22T02:02:00.000Z> grey: so i guess that would be asking for an account on that node, since it looks like that app can handle displaying timelines from accounts on various different nodes. i am logged into that with my poa.st account and i was just wondering if that could filter the Fediverse timeline
<2022-03-22T02:02:30.000Z> go: yes i jusst want to see all posts from pleroma.nobodyhasthe.biz
<2022-03-22T02:04:38.000Z> grey: on poa.st to see posts from other nodes, either follow the accounts from that instance you are interested in, or watch the Fediverse timeline. i don't know if there are tools to filter the Fediverse timeline based on specific criteria or not, that's theoretically possible but i don't see a way in soapbox to do that offhand. i saw that @graf responded to your post so you can see if there is a way to do that but i don't see a tool to allow you to do that. the simplest way would be to create an account there and then you could use tootdeck to login with both an account there and your poast account and watch both local timelines.
<2022-03-22T02:05:43.000Z> go: i found it . v
<2022-03-22T02:05:45.000Z> go: poa.st/timeline/pleroma.nobodyhasthe.biz
<2022-03-22T02:05:59.000Z> go: well i have the link only this should be okay
<2022-03-22T02:05:59.000Z> grey: nice, i didn't know about htat
<2022-03-22T02:16:09.000Z> go: i figured it out
<2022-03-22T02:16:19.000Z> go: if you go to poa.st/timeline/pleroma.nobodyhasthe.biz
<2022-03-22T02:16:33.000Z> go: you can pin it.
<2022-03-22T02:16:40.000Z> go: and pin several networks to your liking under fediverse
<2022-03-22T02:17:18.000Z> go: there's a pin button on the rigtht, below crypto donations.
<2022-03-22T02:17:23.000Z> go: you have to find it.
<2022-03-22T02:32:04.000Z> grey: it doesn't appear to work as expected for me, i can pin one thing, but i can't unpin it and can't pin more than one thing.
<2022-03-22T02:32:50.000Z> grey: does it behave that way for you? it happens on my account on gleasonator.com as well, so i was going to throw an issue in the soapbox gitlab about it.
<2022-03-22T02:33:16.000Z> go: I had the same issue.
<2022-03-22T02:33:20.000Z> go: im stuck with 1 now
