<2022-05-30T06:20:07.000Z> joseph: Good Evening,I humbly throw my hat into the ring for Lauritz's project based on finding happy solutions. I have a keen analytical mind, can crunch numbers, and perform basic statistics. On the topic of fixing things in America (or the West in general), I am passionate about cities and parks. American cities still have a lot of great aspects or as I say, "solid bones". Unfortunately, there is a lot of greatness that has been lost, but it could return with some common sense policy changes and hark work. Well run parks are part of what makes cities great and they act as arks for the flora and fauna that share the urban space.Muh CV:I wrote a handful of articles under a different pen name for Fash the Nation on their old website when Jay Lorenz was an editor. I became less interested in political writings during the post Trump-train doldrums that began in 2019. I started a wordpress where I publish book reviews, short articles, and ramblings (joseph-writes.com). My goal was to read good literature and try to become a better writer myself with the idea that at some point in the future there would be a project that my skills could contribute to. My proudest achievement was getting published in Antelop Hill's first writing competition "Why We Fight". I wrote the short story titled "Unfair". Recently, I wrote an article during the beginning of the war in the Ukraine. It is a good example of my writing style on a contemporary subject. (joseph-writes.com/2022/03/07/the-ukraine-pain/)What I can do:I can write articles, edit the writings of others, research topics, and organize materials. I would be able to contribute 2-4 hours of work a week on this project.Contact:josephmarlowe@protonmail.com
