<2023-04-13T13:17:05.000Z> Snackbar_Jafar: Hey Super listening to your lasted Godcast episode got me thinking about taking up some form of martial arts. I'm just looking for something to keep me in shape and maybe help out in a pinch. My fear has been that I had pretty severe nose trauma while in the Navy and had expensive corrective surgery to fix my nose and breathing. Most of the cartilage is gone. Is there any chance I could get in the sport without a huge risk of getting bopped in the nose and rebraking it? Which type of sparing would be best for this? Thanks!
