<2022-04-12T16:36:03.000Z> Nym: Hey man! I’m just going to cut to the chase, I was a lifelong atheist and now consider myself Christian, I’ve been going to church for about a year and doing bible study, it’s hard to explain why I came around to this, but it is what it is. Anyway, I like apologetics because since coming from an atheist background, I still struggle with the “belief” aspect, even though I feel I have faith. I was just curious if you could point me in the direction of any books or youtube videos or any other media that might help me strengthen my belief, not a lot of my social circle are religious so I struggle with knowing where to find resources and what is worth my time. I’ve watched a few presentations by J. Warner Wallace and found them ver informative and compelling. I would appreciate anything you could recommend, thanks for your time!

I strongly recommend you DM SuperLutheran to get his opinion as well, but in my opinion, "belief" is "assent plus action," both of which you're demonstrating. I think what your deficiency is not "feeling" like you believe. What you seem to be seeking is emotional validation, which isn't a necessary component of saving grace. I would recommend just keep doing what you're doing, while praying that God would give you the assurance you're seeking. As for good resources, I'm very partial to William Lane Craig's work over at ReasonableFaith.org
