<2022-12-11T05:28:11.000Z> Bro-Drillard: I was more interested in the setting up of those LLCs. I actually own a few properties in a wide geographical area. But don't have anything elaborate set up for them.

Your best bet would be to pay for some consultation time with a lawyer who specializes in businesses, especially if he acts as a registered agent for LLCs already. He will be able to look at your exact situation and recommend the best course of action and organization technique. It is a bit of a financial investment though, probably a few hundred dollars per LLC
<2022-12-11T05:36:29.000Z> Bro-Drillard: Thanks for the response! Is there a term for a lawyer specializing in this? I assume it's some LLC specialist, not a real estate one.
<2022-12-11T05:37:09.000Z> elftummy: You'll just want to look for "business lawyer" because all kinds of businesses deal with LLCs
<2022-12-11T05:38:44.000Z> elftummy: Cornell Law School keeps a record of all lawyers from their school with their information. The way they break it down they do have "real estate law" and also a separate section for "business law" so I would check both lawyers.law.cornell.edu/
<2022-12-11T05:40:26.000Z> Bro-Drillard: Thanks again!
<2022-12-11T05:40:34.000Z> elftummy: No problem.
