<2022-12-29T04:29:20.000Z> 13b: The only time I have ever lost significant weight in my life was when I was exercising hard (for a sports team or something) or starving during depression. It is basically calories in calories out, but you won't really notice results without exercising unless you just stop eating (in my experience). My metabolism is a little more stubborn, some people find they can eat plenty but that's never been me.
<2022-12-29T04:29:21.000Z> 13b: If you don't want to leave the house, skipping or a treadmill or elliptical machine I think they're called (it's like a stationary bike) are the way to go. Either way, you have to go hard and eat less. It's a bit of a pain.I hope this helps.
